The license you pick when you buy a beat decides how you're allowed to use it. Ritmüzik offers four license types: MP3 (an affordable start), WAV (high quality), Trackout (separate channels / stems) and Exclusive (the beat is entirely yours). Below is what each one does and how to tell which fits you.
Demos and first releases
MP3 License
An affordable MP3 license to get started.
The MP3 license lets you use the beat as an MP3 with limited usage rights. It's the most affordable entry point for first demos and low-budget projects.
High-quality release
WAV License
High-quality WAV plus broader rights.
The WAV license comes with a lossless WAV file and broader usage rights than MP3. The right choice for artists who want a professional mix.
Professional mixing
Trackout License
Full mix control with separate channels (stems).
The Trackout (stems) license gives you the beat's individual channels for full control over mixing and mastering. For anyone doing serious production.
Exclusive use
Exclusive License
Exclusive right of use; the beat leaves the store.
The Exclusive license grants the exclusive right to use the beat; it is removed from the store and never sold to anyone else again. Copyright in the work remains with the producer. For projects with hit potential.

What's the difference between a Lease and an Exclusive?
With a Lease (MP3/WAV/Trackout) the beat can be sold to more than one person; you're renting the right to use it. With an Exclusive the beat passes entirely to you, is taken off sale and is never sold to anyone else.
Which license should I choose?
MP3 for demos and testing, WAV for a song you're releasing, Trackout (stems) for a professional mix and master, and Exclusive if you're aiming for a hit or want the beat taken off the market.
